Es una ensalada rica en micronutrientes, es decir, vitaminas y minerales. Puede aportar variedad a nuestra dieta, supliendo las carencias que podamos tener por una dieta muy repetitiva. \u00a1Pues vamos con ella!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes de la ensalada de gulas con gambas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>50 gr gulas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50gr de gambas crudas, peladas y desvenadas, con la cola intacta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas verduras varias, como pueden ser can\u00f3nigos, tomate cherry, lechuga, etc. En este caso: Ensalada Mezclum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ali\u00f1o de lim\u00f3n (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vinagre de vino Blanco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd taza de aceite de oliva ( si puede ser virgen extra mejor)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 dientes de ajo, laminados<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sal y pimienta negra rajada, al gusto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer la receta de ensalada de gulas con gambas?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Laminamos el ajo, en peque\u00f1os trozos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sarten a fuego medio y con un poco de aceite sorfreimos el aceite. Una vez tengamos el ajo con un color dorado, a\u00f1adimos las gambas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez tenemos las gambas con un color m\u00e1s vivo, a\u00f1adimos la gula y cocinamos alrededor de 4 minutos. Apagamos el fuego cuando termine de cocinarse las gulas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un bowl mediano, a\u00f1adimos las verduras varias, lechuga o mezclum en este caso, los tomates cherry, la sal, el aceite de oliva y el vinagre de vino blanco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este mismo bowl le a\u00f1adimos la gula y las gambas, cocinadas previamente.
