Es rica en prote\u00ednas y con ingredientes naturales que aportan micronutrientes, es decir, vitaminas y minerales. Aunque hay que tener cuidado porque es rica en calor\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes de la ensalada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50gr papa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perejil (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cebolla (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma\u00edz (opcional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50gr zanahoria<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50gr pollo desmenuzado o en tiras<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mayonesa al gusto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo preparar la ensalada de pollo, papa y zanahoria?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Primeramente pelamos las papas y la zanahoria en el caso de que las compremos enteras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguidamente cocemos y troceamos la zanahoria y la papa en trozos medianos\/peque\u00f1os en distintos platos.
