{"id":1014,"date":"2026-06-01T22:30:04","date_gmt":"2026-06-01T22:30:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/?p=1014"},"modified":"2026-06-01T22:30:04","modified_gmt":"2026-06-01T22:30:04","slug":"shish-kebab","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/shish-kebab\/","title":{"rendered":"Shish kebab"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hoy os traemos la receta de shish kebab, un kebab muy demandado a dia de hoy procedente de Armenta y que est\u00e1 delicioso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ingredientes principales de este kebab son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 1 taza de az\u00facar<\/li><li> 1 taza de salsa de soya reducida en sodio<\/li><li> 1 taza de ketchup<\/li><li> 2\u00a0cucharaditas de ajo en polvo<\/li><li> 2 cucharaditas de jengibre molido<\/li><li> 2 libras de filete de solomillo de res, cortado en cubos de 1-1\/2 pulgada<\/li><li> 2 a 3 calabacines peque\u00f1os, cortados en rebanadas de 1 pulgada<\/li><li> 250 gr de hongos frescos medianos<\/li><li> 1 pimiento verde o rojo dulce grande, cortado en trozos de 1 pulgada<\/li><li> 1 cebolla peque\u00f1a, cortada en trozos<\/li><li> 2 tazas de pi\u00f1a fresca en cubos<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el adobo, mezcle los primeros cinco ingredientes. Coloque la carne de res y la mitad de la marinada en una bolsa pl\u00e1stica grande que se pueda volver a cerrar; selle la bolsa y vu\u00e9lvala a cubrir. Cubra y reserve el resto del adobo. Refrigere la carne de res y marine durante toda la noche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En brochetas de metal o de madera empapadas, enhebre las verduras y, en brochetas separadas, enhebre la carne de res con pi\u00f1a. Deseche el adobo restante en la bolsa. Ase a la parrilla, tapado, a fuego medio hasta que los vegetales est\u00e9n tiernos y la carne de res alcance el punto de cocci\u00f3n deseado, 12-15 minutos, volteando ocasionalmente.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una cacerola peque\u00f1a, lleve la marinada reservada a ebullici\u00f3n, revolviendo ocasionalmente; cocine por 1 minuto. Retire las verduras, la pi\u00f1a y la carne de los pinchos antes de servir.
