Esta receta se populariz\u00f3 en Jamaica al rededor de los a\u00f1os 40. Aunque hasta hace relativamente poco se daba m\u00e1s a conocer. \u00a1Vamos con la receta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ingredientes <\/strong>del pollo jerk:<\/li><li> Pollo<\/li><li> Potenciador de sabor<\/li><li> Cilantro fresco<\/li><li> Perejil fresco<\/li><li> Tomillo fresco<\/li><li> Cebolleta AKA Cebolla Verde<\/li><li> Jengibre finamente picado<\/li><li> Ajo Picado o Ajo de Clavo<\/li><li> Salsa para dorar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Primero quitamos las semillas de los pimientos y las cortamos las chalotas en trozos peque\u00f1os. En un bol lo mezclamos todo y a\u00f1adimos un jugo de lim\u00f3n, 4 cucharadas de jugo de naranja, 4 cucharadas de vinagre blanco, 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja, 2 cucharaditas de tomillo, 2 cucharaditas de pimienta de Jamaica, 1 cucharada de pimienta negra. 1 cucharada de jengibre, 1 cucharada de nuez moscada, 1 cucharada de canela, 1 cucharada de az\u00facar, 2 cucharadas de sal mineral. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez tenemos la mezcla bien mezclada, cogemos los 500 gramos de pollo y lo marinamos bien. Lo ponemos en un bol, lo tapamos bien y lo ponemos en el refrigerador durante 24 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre calentamos el horno durante 5 minutos a 200 grados celsius.
