Adem\u00e1s, sus valores nutricionales son altos en prote\u00ednas debido a las legumbres y al huevo, que nos fortalece los m\u00fasculos y los tejidos de nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ingredientes que emplearemos para la realizaci\u00f3n de este plato son los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>400 grs. de garbanzos cocidos<\/li><li>150 grs. de cebollas<\/li><li>200grs. de tomate<\/li><li>1 huevo duro\/cocido<\/li><li>2 rodajas de pan<\/li><li>2 dientes de ajo<\/li><li>Perejil<\/li><li>1\/2 cubito de pollo<\/li><li>Aceite, sal y pimienta<\/li><li>Agua<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer el guiso de garbanzos con huevo duro paso a paso?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Primeramente rallamos la cebolla y el tomate, para eso las tendremos que cortar en mitades. Echamos en una sart\u00e9n un poco de aceite, y las rebanadas de pan, echamos tambi\u00e9n la ralladura de cebolla que hemos hecho al principio, y despu\u00e9s echamos la ralladura de tomate. Cuando el pan este dorado y la cebolla tambi\u00e9n, los sacaremos de la sart\u00e9n. Hay que tener cuidado por si se hace antes el pan y sacarlo sin que se queme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora pasamos a un recipiente donde triturar, como es el de alioli. Echamos el ajo cortado, sal, las rebanadas de pan, el perejil y trituramos. Podemos echar la yema tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora con le huevo cocida lo rayamos y lo echamos a la sart\u00e9n donde teniamos el tomate y la cebolla. Echamos tambien los garbanzos y cocemos a fuego medio. Cuando lleven 3 minutos, echamos la mezcla que hemos hecho anteriormente y removemos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Echamos un poco de agua sin sobrepasar el nivel de garbanzos.y dejamos cocer aproximadamente 10 o 15 minutos.
