A esta receta tambi\u00e9n le agregu\u00e9 repollo con cilantro y lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes a\u00f1adirle cebolla encurtida o espolvorear con queso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra opci\u00f3n ser\u00eda sustituir la carne por frijoles fritos y agregarle queso rallado o crema agria (mantequilla).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 6 porciones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>6 pl\u00e1tanos maduros<\/li><li>1 libra de carne molida<\/li><li>1 diente de ajo<\/li><li>Sal y pimienta<\/li><li>1\/2 chile dulce (piment\u00f3n verde) picado<\/li><li>1\/2 cebolla mediana picada<\/li><li>3 cucharadas de pasta de tomate<\/li><li>1\/2 taza de agua<\/li><li>1 cucharada de aceite de oliva<\/li><li>1 taza de repollo picado<\/li><li>Una ramita de cilantro picado<\/li><li>La mitad de un lim\u00f3n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer el pl\u00e1tano relleno?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Condimentar la carne con el ajo machucado, sal y pimienta al gusto. Reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n caliente verter el aceite y sofre\u00edr la cebolla con el chile. A\u00f1adir la pasta de tomate, mezclar bien, agregar el agua y luego la carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rectificar el saz\u00f3n a\u00f1adiendo m\u00e1s sal y pimienta si es necesario. Cocinar la carne hasta que est\u00e9 en su punto. Retirar del fuego y reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fre\u00edr los pl\u00e1tanos enteros hasta que est\u00e9n dorados.
