{"id":1335,"date":"2026-01-08T06:21:33","date_gmt":"2026-01-08T06:21:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/?p=1335"},"modified":"2026-01-08T06:21:33","modified_gmt":"2026-01-08T06:21:33","slug":"pollo-al-horno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/pollo-al-horno\/","title":{"rendered":"Pollo al horno"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>pollo al horno<\/strong> o gallina horneada\u00a0acompa\u00f1ado de una guarnici\u00f3n de verduras asadas o unas patatas es una elaboraci\u00f3n que requiere muy poco esfuerzo y que, con la aplicaci\u00f3n de unas sencillas pautas, puede hacernos quedar como unos aut\u00e9nticos reyes de la cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>pollo al horno<\/strong>&nbsp;admite\ntodo tipo de variantes en cuanto a su condimentaci\u00f3n y relleno y permite que\ndejemos volar nuestra imaginaci\u00f3n y hagamos uso de los productos que tengamos a\nmano. No hay l\u00edmites, as\u00ed que juguemos con la receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/vipRecetas\/2020\/01\/pollo-al-horno.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1342\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para 4 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dificultad: F\u00e1cil<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tiempo total <strong>2\u00a0<abbr title=\"hora\">h<\/abbr><\/strong><\/li><li>Elaboraci\u00f3n <strong>15\u00a0<abbr title=\"minutos\">m<\/abbr><\/strong><\/li><li>Cocci\u00f3n<strong> \u00a01<abbr title=\"hora\">h\u00a0<\/abbr>45\u00a0<abbr title=\"minutos\">m<\/abbr><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pasos a seguir para la elaboraci\u00f3n del pollo:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sacar el pollo de la nevera 30 minutos antes de que\nquiera cocinarlo, para que suba a temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precalentar el horno a 240\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Lavar y\ncortar las verduras en trozos grandes (o patatas), no es necesario pelarlas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pela unos ajitos que har\u00e1n que el pollo coja sabor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/vipRecetas\/2020\/01\/pollo-horno.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1343\" width=\"448\" height=\"448\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Amontonar todas las verduras, el ajo y las hierbas\nen el centro de una bandeja de asar grande y rociarlas con aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roc\u00ede el pollo con aceite y sazone bien con sal\nmarina y pimienta negra, luego frote todo el pollo y col\u00f3quelo sobre el pollo y\n&nbsp;sobre las verduras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haga agujeros peque\u00f1os a lo largo de todo el lim\u00f3n con\ncuchillo afilado (si tiene un microondas, puede meter el lim\u00f3n durante 40\nsegundos en este punto, ya que esto realmente resaltar\u00e1 el sabor). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ponga el lim\u00f3n dentro de la cavidad del pollo, con\nel manojo de hierbas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca la bandeja en el horno, luego baja el fuego\ninmediatamente a 200\u00b0C y d\u00e9jalo detro entorno a 1 hora 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/vipRecetas\/2020\/01\/pollo-al-horno-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1344\" width=\"360\" height=\"540\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Si va a hacer patatas y verduras asadas, este es el\nmomento de empezar a trabajar con ellas &#8211; introd\u00fazcalas en el horno durante los\n\u00faltimos 45 minutos de cocci\u00f3n, para que se doren y se hagan a la vez que el\npollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pase el pollo por la mitad de la cocci\u00f3n y si las\nverduras parecen secas, a\u00f1ada un chorro de agua a la bandeja para evitar que se\nquemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando el pollo est\u00e9 cocido, saque la bandeja del\nhorno y transfiera el pollo a una tabla para que descanse durante 15 minutos\nm\u00e1s o menos. C\u00fabrelo con una capa de papel de aluminio y un pa\u00f1o de cocina y\nd\u00e9jalo a un lado mientras preparas la salsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para trinchar el pollo, retire cualquier cuerda y\nquite las alas (sep\u00e1relas y agr\u00e9guelas a la salsa, junto las verduras, para\ndarle un mayor sabor). Cortar cuidadosamente entre la pierna y la pechuga para\nquitar la pata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/vipRecetas\/2020\/01\/pollo-al-horno-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1345\" width=\"533\" height=\"533\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora debe tener un espacio libre para trinchar el\nresto del pollo. Incline el cuchillo a lo largo del estern\u00f3n y corte un lado y\nluego el otro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La intenci\u00f3n final es quedarnos con una carcasa\ndespojada y una bandeja llena de carne que puede servir con su salsa picante y\nunos deliciosos vegetales o patatas&nbsp;\nasadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cebolla
