Esta receta fue llevada a Sudam\u00e9rica por la monjas espa\u00f1olas , expertas en la elaboraci\u00f3n de muchos dulces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso se conoce desde M\u00e9xico hasta Chile, con nombres similares, y s\u00f3lo ligeras variaciones en la preparaci\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas, encontraron en este postre una deliciosa forma de aprovechar las yemas de huevo sobrantes que terminaban en la cocina despu\u00e9s de hacer merengues y muchos otros p\u00fadines con las claras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los \u201cHuevos Chimbos\u201d, son una golosina que consisten en una masa esponjosas y porosas hechas con llema del huevo muy bien batido y cocidas al vapor o en ba\u00f1o de mar\u00eda, para luego ser hervidas en un alm\u00edbar de agua y az\u00facar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/vipRecetas\/2020\/01\/Huevo-chimbo2.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1369\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/vipRecetas\/2020\/01\/Huevo-chimbo2.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/viprecetas.com\/?attachment_id=1369\" class=\"wp-image-1369\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tipo de receta:<\/strong> Postre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> 20 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tiempo de cocci\u00f3n:<\/strong> 30 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tiempo total:<\/strong> 50 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para 5 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 20 yemas de huevo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 2 tazas de az\u00facar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 rama de canela<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 6 clavos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u00bd taza de Pisco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u00bd taza de pasas de uva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/vipRecetas\/2020\/01\/Huevo-chimbo-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1370\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instrucciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;Engrasar una bandeja de horno rectangular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Precalentar el horno a 350\u00baF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.&nbsp;Batir las yemas de huevo hasta que est\u00e9n muy gruesas y p\u00e1lidas, (cuando se levanta la batidora las yemas deben formar una cinta &#8211; esto debe tomar unos 15 minutos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.Verter en el molde preparado y hornear durante 20 minutos (perforarlo con un palillo &#8211; debe salir seco).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.&nbsp;Mientras tanto, combine el az\u00facar, la canela y el clavo en una cacerola, a\u00f1ada una taza de agua y deje que hierva. 6. Cocine por 5 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 almibarado. 6. Apague el fuego y agregue el Pisco y las pasas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Cortar cuadros en toda la superficie de la torta con la punta de un cuchillo. 7.
