Se trata de una cremosa crema de champi\u00f1ones que habla por s\u00ed\nmisma. Esta se encuentra ba\u00f1ada sobre una &nbsp;cremosa salsa de parmesano &nbsp;y nata cargada de champi\u00f1ones o hongos,\nespeciados con multitud de especies como or\u00e9gano, pimienta o ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u00a1Es econ\u00f3mica, simple,\nr\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cil de hacer! Est\u00e1 receta de setas a la crema, se convertir\u00e1 en una\nde tus salsas favoritas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/vipRecetas\/2020\/01\/setasalacrema1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1443\" width=\"409\" height=\"573\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes para setas a la crema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 dientes de ajo, picados<\/li><li>1\/3 taza de crema de leche<\/li><li>1\/2 cucharadita de tomillo seco<\/li><li>1\/2 cucharadita de or\u00e9gano seco<\/li><li>Sal y pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida, a gusto<\/li><li>2 cucharadas de parmesano reci\u00e9n rallado<\/li><li>2 cucharadas de hojas de perejil fresco picado<\/li><li>Or\u00e9gano<\/li><li>16 onzas de champi\u00f1ones cremini, cortados en rebanadas finas<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo general prefiero usar setas marrones suizas \/ setas cremini porque tienen m\u00e1s sabor que las setas blancas comunes. Insisto en usar un volumen generoso de setas &#8211; 300g para 2 porciones. He notado que muchas recetas tienden a usar mucho menos &#8211; a veces tan poco como 250g a 500 g de pasta (que es 6 porciones est\u00e1ndar de pasta). No son suficientes champi\u00f1ones! Se utiliza para desgasificar la sart\u00e9n despu\u00e9s de\nfre\u00edr los champi\u00f1ones hasta que se doren. No hace que la salsa tenga sabor a\nvino, sino que a\u00f1ade complejidad al sabor de la salsa, que de otra manera ser\u00eda\nsimple. <\/li><li>El parmesano se utiliza para espesar ligeramente\nla salsa, pero el prop\u00f3sito principal es a\u00f1adir sabor.<\/li><li>Mantequilla Y aceite &#8211; porque el aceite se puede\ncalentar a una temperatura m\u00e1s alta que la mantequilla, lo que facilita que los\nchampi\u00f1ones se doren y evita que se queme la mantequilla; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer setas a la crema?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Derrita la mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n grande para horno a\ntemperatura media. A\u00f1ada el ajo y los hongos y cocine, revolviendo\nocasionalmente, hasta que est\u00e9n tiernos y dorados, cerca de 5-6 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1ada la crema espesa, el tomillo y el or\u00e9gano, y sazone con\nsal y pimienta al gusto. Deje que hierva; reduzca el fuego y cocine a fuego\nlento hasta que se reduzca ligeramente y se espese, unos 5-6 minutos.
