Adem\u00e1s es s\u00faper nutritiva, ya que entre los incre\u00edbles beneficios del s\u00e9samo est\u00e1 su gran aporte de calcio, hierro, \u00e1cidos grasos poliinstaurados y aporta un sabor diferente a tus comidas, lo mejor de todo es que son tan nutritivas que es el complemento ideal para alimentar a tus ni\u00f1os. As\u00ed que no hay excusas para ponerte manos a la obra y deleitar a todos con esta agradable receta.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pollo troceado en ocho partes<\/li>\n<li>Medio vaso de leche desnatada<\/li>\n<li>Medio vaso de zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Ajo en polvo<\/li>\n<li>Especias y\/o hierbas arom\u00e1ticas al gusto y sal<\/li>\n<li>Semillas de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Entre las variantes de esta receta est\u00e1, que la podemos preparar frita o al horno pero esta vez queremos hacer una versi\u00f3n mucho m\u00e1s sana, as\u00ed que la vamos a preparar asada. \u00a1Comenzamos!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n de Pollo asado con S\u00e9samo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Como siempre para la preparaci\u00f3n de cada receta, te recomendamos tener todos los ingredientes alistados en la mesa para que su preparaci\u00f3n te sea mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y practica.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>En un bol, se mezcla la leche, el zumo de lim\u00f3n, el ajo en polvo, la sal y las especias de modo que se integren.<\/li>\n<li>Se incorpora el pollo troceado y se mezcla de modo que se impregne con la marinada.<\/li>\n<li>Se tapa con film o papel de cocina transparente y deja reposar en la nevera durante una hora.<\/li>\n<li>Pasada la misma, se saca el pollo de la nevera y se deja que adquiera temperatura ambiente.<\/li>\n<li>Escurrimos el pollo.<\/li>\n<li>Se extienden las semillas de s\u00e9samo en un plato y se reboza cada trozo de pollo (no agregues huevo, ya que la leche de la marinada tendr\u00e1 funci\u00f3n adherente).<\/li>\n<li>Se colocan los trozos de pollo rebozados en el sart\u00e9n y se deja cocinar lado y lado hasta que el pollo est\u00e9 bien cocido. El tiempo variar\u00e1 dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de los trozos de pollo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Ya tienes un pollo asado con s\u00e9samo, una manera s\u00faper f\u00e1cil y sana de hacer un buen almuerzo o cena diferente.
