{"id":384,"date":"2025-04-18T00:41:34","date_gmt":"2025-04-18T00:41:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/?p=384"},"modified":"2025-04-22T06:29:50","modified_gmt":"2025-04-22T06:29:50","slug":"macarrones-a-la-carbonara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/macarrones-a-la-carbonara\/","title":{"rendered":"Macarrones a la carbonara"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Los <strong>macarrones a la carbonara<\/strong> son un plato italiano tradicional, a continuaci\u00f3n tienes la receta original, no como esa que nos sirven en restaurantes, que a pesar de estar muy buena, no es la receta italiana tradicional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando leas la receta te dar\u00e1s cuenta de que te digo el punto exacto que hay que darle para que quede bien cremoso y sabroso, y no hace falta que eches nata, sino que con un par de huevos y un buen queso italiano, ver\u00e1s que la receta mejora much\u00edsimo. Aqu\u00ed tienes los ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes para la receta de macarrones a la carbonara:<br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 gramos de macarrones.<\/li><li>2-3 huevos.<\/li><li>70 gramos de queso (pecorino o parmesano, el que prefieras).<\/li><li>Sal y pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Informaci\u00f3n adicional<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Tiempo: 20-25 minutos<\/em><\/li><li><em>Raciones: 4 personas.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n del plato<br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El primer paso es cocer la pasta; pon agua en una olla, la justa para que solo cubra la pasta y una con la medida de una cuchara de postre le echas sal. Una vez hayas hecho esto, sube la temperatura al m\u00e1ximo hasta que empiece a hervir.<br><\/li><li>Cuando ya est\u00e9 hirviendo, a\u00f1ades los macarrones y espera a que vuelva a hervir. Cuando lo haga, los dejas cociendo el tiempo que marque en el paquete y cuando haya pasado, esc\u00farrelos.<br><\/li><li>Mientras tanto, corta la panceta en tiras finas y salt\u00e9ala en una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio hasta que se ponga doradita.<br><\/li><li>Ahora coge un bol, coge los huevos y los bates, luego rallas el queso y lo echas con el huevo. Remu\u00e9velo y cuando ya lo hayas removido bien, le echas un poquito de pimienta negra molida. Vuelve a mezclarlo todo para que se junten bien los ingredientes.<br><\/li><li>Y aqu\u00ed viene el punto exacto que te dije antes. Cuando est\u00e9n listos los macarrones (y sigan calientes) los pones de nuevo en la olla donde los has cocido y le echas la panceta y la mezcla de huevo, queso y pimienta que has hecho hace un momento. Remu\u00e9velo suavemente para que se distribuya bien por toda la comida. Haciendo esto, har\u00e1s que el plato quede cremoso, pero no crudo.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Y ya est\u00e1! Ha sido f\u00e1cil, \u00bfverdad?
