Sirva con pan crujiente o con una ensalada, si lo desea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sal <\/li><li> 1\/4 taza de aceite de oliva extra virgen; m\u00e1s para rociar<\/li><li> 1 cebolla dulce mediana, finamente picada (aproximadamente 2 tazas)<\/li><li> 1 diente de ajo, machacado y pelado<\/li><li> 2 cucharadas. de romero fresco finamente picado<\/li><li> 1 kilo de hongos o champi\u00f1ones mezclados y cortados en trozos grandes<\/li><li> 1\/4&nbsp;taza de salsa marinara en tarro de buena calidad<\/li><li> 350 ml de pasta <\/li><li> 1\/2 taza de pecorino romano finamente rallado; m\u00e1s para adornar<\/li><li> Pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida<\/li><li> 2 cucharadas de perejil fresco de hoja plana finamente picado<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ponga a hervir una olla grande de agua bien salada.<br>\nMientras tanto, en una sart\u00e9n grande, caliente el aceite a fuego medio. Agregue la cebolla y el ajo, reduzca el fuego a medio bajo y cocine, revolviendo ocasionalmente, hasta que la cebolla est\u00e9 tierna, unos 8 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregue el romero y cocine hasta que est\u00e9 fragante, aproximadamente 30 segundos. Agregue los hongos y luego aumente el fuego a medio. Cocine hasta que los hongos comiencen a ablandarse, de 3 a 5 minutos. Agregue 3\/4 taza de agua y cocine hasta que los hongos est\u00e9n tiernos, aproximadamente 8 minutos. A\u00f1adir la marinara y 1\/2 cucharadita de sal. Poner a hervir a fuego lento. Cocine hasta que la salsa est\u00e9 caliente y los sabores se hayan fundido, de 2 a 3 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto, cocine la pasta seg\u00fan las instrucciones del paquete hasta que est\u00e9 al dente. Escurrir y volver a la olla fuera del fuego. Agregue la salsa y el queso, y revuelva para combinar. Sazone al gusto con sal y pimienta.
