Se trata de las acedias fritas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un pescado muy abundante a lo largo del mar mediterr\u00e1neo y el mar menor por lo que puede encontrarse con facilidad, desde aqu\u00ed puedes <a href=\"https:\/\/bocadodemar.com\/pescado-gallego\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">comprar pescado online<\/a>, <strong>su carne es muy blanca cuando son frescos y es id\u00f3neo para cocinar de forma r\u00e1pida y sin complicaciones<\/strong>, un alimento con un alto contenido nutricional. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contiene una muy baja cantidad de&nbsp;grasa&nbsp;y es de carne&nbsp;blanca&nbsp;totalmente magra.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta es originaria de Andaluc\u00eda y los ingredientes que necesitaremos para su elaboraci\u00f3n son los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Acedias frescas<\/li><li>Harina para freir<\/li><li>Sal (al gusto)<\/li><li>Aceite de oliva<\/li><li>Lim\u00f3n<\/li><li>Ajo<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La aced\u00eda preferiblemente&nbsp;<strong>frita<\/strong>, y esa es la receta que venimos a mostrarte a continuaci\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>sencilla<\/strong>&nbsp;y muy&nbsp;<strong>deliciosa<\/strong>, para compartir con amigos y familia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo hacer aced\u00edas fritas paso a paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer paso es descamar, eviscerar y limpiar el pescado de forma que solo quede la parta m\u00e1s magra del pescado. Si quieres saber como limpiar una aced\u00eda pod\u00e9is visitar este post dando click aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/vipRecetas\/2019\/12\/acedias2.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"962\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/vipRecetas\/2019\/12\/acedias2.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/viprecetas.com\/?attachment_id=962\" class=\"wp-image-962\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sazonar con sal aceite lim\u00f3n y ajo previamente mientras el aceite se calienta en la sart\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esperamos unos segundos mientras el aceite comienza a calentar y&nbsp;a\u00f1adimos&nbsp;unos&nbsp;dietes de ajo&nbsp;junto a nuestro&nbsp;pimiento rojo, de esta forma&nbsp;aromatizaremos&nbsp;el aceite con el que freiremos nuestro pescado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Echar el pescado sobre el aceite hirviendo a un fugo medio durante unos 3\/4 minutos hasta dorarlo. No se lleva muchos minutos al ser un pescado plano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debes tener precauci\u00f3n y estar atento porque ya que es un pescado&nbsp;blanco, se cocina muy r\u00e1pido y podr\u00eda quemarse si lo descuidas, lo ideal es que obtenga un&nbsp;tono dorado&nbsp;y su piel quede&nbsp;crujiente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Retiramos&nbsp;las aced\u00edas ya fritas de la cazuela y la colocamos en un&nbsp;papel absorbente&nbsp;para terminar de retirar el&nbsp;exceso&nbsp;de aceite, y por \u00faltimo, le colocamos encima un poco de&nbsp;ralladura de lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u00a1Y ya est\u00e1n listas nuestras aced\u00edas fritas! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pidemesa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/vipRecetas\/2019\/12\/acedias3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-963\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Este se puede acompa\u00f1ar con una buena ensalada, arroz o guarnici\u00f3n de verduras salteadas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tiempo de elaboraci\u00f3n de las acedias fritas. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depende de la cantidad de pescado que vayas a cocinar.
