No repetiré. Hemos pedido un menú long Chiken vegetal, un menú wopper y un helado. Cuando entregan el pedido vemos que el menú vegetariano viene en un envoltorio normal, cuando normalmente este viene en un papel verde e indica que es vegetariano. Se lo comentamos a la chica de buenas formas, y nos contesta de forma muy prepotente y sobrevia " es vegetal y esta bien ", le explicamos nuestras dudas ya que no es nuestra primera compra del menú en la cadena Bk, y nos contesta en el mismo tono que se les había acabado el papel verde ( creo que si cuando se entrega el pedido se comenta habría bastado y no habria generado dudas) posteriormente al sacar el pedido del wopper vemos que nos han puesto un wopper vegetariano, lo que da a pensar que puede haberse producido un equivocó entre los menús. Nos volvemos a acercar al mostrador y nos recibe la misma chica con un "y ahora que te pasa" ( el trato ha sido vergonzoso), le decimos que hemos detectado que en el menú wopper había un error, y nos ha pedido el ticket para comprobarlo, no ha llegado ni a devolvernos el ticket y cambiando de muy malas formas la hamburguesa vegetal por una normal.... sin tsn siquiera una disculpa. He ido muchas veces a otros establecimientos de burger King y nunca me habíamos recibido un trato similar al de este establecimiento, entiendo que pueda haber errores en un pedido ( en nuestro caso tampoco habían incluido el helado), pero lo que no veo comprensible es el trato y las formas, sin ningun tipo de disculpa y contestando mal, máxime cuando se han cometido diversos errores en el pedido y se ha comentado el problema por parte del cliente amablemente. Finalmente, a pesar de no habernos dado el ticket nos ha puesto el helado una chica muy agradable, por lo que entiendo que esto no es extensible a todos los empleados.I will not repeat.
