Amsterdam Ave is full of different restaurants and we chose to add HiLife to our restaurant week this year. Service was great, attentive and food came out so fast. The atmosphere is cozy and full of old school photos worthy of conversation. As for the food, the sushi was super fresh and delicious. My skirt steak was just a tad bit chewy but flavorful nonetheless. The pad thai was one of the better pad thais we've had in a long time. The chocolate brownie was warm and decadent.
