We left and had a lovely Italian and walked passed the full restaurant at 2100 only to see different people sat at the table we were shouted from just starting their meals. The restaurant was not full and we wouldn't have minded waiting if the kitchen was busy. But to be shouted an apology rather than a personal approach and then to have different people sat at that same said table is really disappointing. We had to explain to my son that he hadn't been naughty and that the place was full but he pointed out the empty tables.
